For this weeks average temperature follow me :-)

These are the average temperatures throughout the year on the Island of Mallorca. This is only a guideline gained from my experiences living here for four years. However these figures can also be totally wrong,  for instance it is now May 22nd 1997 at 18.15 pm the sun is shining and the temperature in the shade on the terrace is showing 20C (see what I mean)
Oh and by the way these temperatures can range from 07.00 hrs - 03.00 hrs the next morning. The other times of the day I do not feel that I am qualified to provide the information for these as I am normally catching up on my beauty sleep or still trying to work out which pint of San Miguel and green floaty bits is mine. Thanks to their priviledged position in the Mediterranean, these islands enjoy an incomparable temperate climate. Even at the height of summer the maximum temperatures are not excessive, and the winters are renowned for their mildness.
The relative humidity oscillates around 70% throughourt the year. As a result, these two factors - temperature and humidity - help to produce a feeling of extreme well-being on the human body. There are approximately 300 days of sun during the year, with an average of five hours a day in winter and more than ten during the summer months. The sea is an intense blue colour, crystal-clear along the coasts where the temperatures are at their best. The prevailing wind is generally from the south-west, and the average yearly atmospheric pressure is 758.7 mm.

Por su situación de privilegio en el Mediterráneo Mallorca goza de un incomparable clima templado. Sus temperaturas máximas ni el rigor del verano son excesivas, manteniendo una relativa uniformidad durante todo el año. Al mismo tiempo destaca también la benignidad de los inviernos. La humedad se caracteriza por su pequeña oscilación, sosteniendose en todas las estaciones del año, alrededor e 70%. Teniendo en cuenta estas dos componentes (temperatura y humedad), que conjuntas producen la sensación de bienestar sobre el cuerpo humano, se encuentran en la isla clasificada en zona de máximo comfort.
